"WHY THIS IS FANTASTIC, I FINALLY GET TO RIDE THE SEABUS A THIRD TIME!" I thought in my head while getting told the class of grade sevens were told that we could go on the sky train and seabus, the thing about being on a sky train is, I'm afraid of the train rail all because of Jozi, because I was leaning on her, she "pretended" to fall down the train rail, then I got all worried for that moment because I thought I would have to save her, but then she just ducked, I was so embarrassed, but it was funny at the time. While we were on the sky train, I slept, as everyone has seen, I always sleep on any transportation, its because the movement relaxes me and it makes me sleepy, so I am prone to sleeping in almost any transportation.
My favourite day was seeing Burtynsky's photos, because I, as most of you don't know, like to take pictures, I love taking pictures of nature, just like Burtynsky, but his is more to show how us humans change the world, my pictures are just for the sake of taking a really nice picture. Lawren Harris's exhibit was interesting too, but it didn't get me like Burtynsky's pictures did, but Harris's paintings were pretty extraordinary too. Emily Carr's paints could be called Harris's paints, they were that good, and somewhat close to his style, personally, I liked Emily Carr's paintings better, just because you can see the texture.
Now we go on to chess after looking at Burtynsky's work, the biggest disappointment of my life. So I was versing Jennifer, and I had her king right where I could get a checkmate, I'm a wiz at chess, so I should have won, but Mr. Weber said "Its Time To Go!" then she had both my bishops (pointy head guys) and my rook (the castle) then, I had both knights, and a pawn, anyone (besides the king and queen) behind the pawns equal to two pawns, and I had two knights (horses) and one pawn, so she won by one pawn, I was so disappointed, but if I had a minute longer, I would have won.
